App: odd — One Day Diary

1. The agreement

By downloading or using odd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, it prevails.

2. What the app is

odd is a personal diary for iPhone: one day, one entry. Your entries are stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced through your own private iCloud database.

3. Your content

Your entries are yours. We claim no rights over them and have no access to them. You are responsible for what you store in the app and for keeping your own backups: we cannot recover an entry you delete or a diary lost with a device.

4. odd Pro

Some features require odd Pro, sold as either:

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal. Subscriptions are managed, and auto-renewal is turned off, in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms; we cannot issue them.

If a subscription expires, nothing you have already created is removed or hidden. You simply cannot add more of what the paid tier allows.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute it.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address, with the date of the last update at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
